Return Policy

Due to the chemical nature of Caluanie Muelear Oxidize and strict compliance with hazardous material transport laws, we have a limited return policy as outlined below:

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective

• The incorrect item or volume was shipped

• The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

Note: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

• Email us at sales@ultrabreakfluids.com

• Include your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)

• Our team will review your request within 2 business days

If approved, we will provide:

• A return authorization code

• Instructions for safe and compliant return shipping

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error was on our side

• Partial refunds may apply if a product has been opened or used

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used containers

• Custom-labeled or wholesale orders (e.g. 50L or 100L drums)

• International shipments rejected by customs due to import restrictions in the buyer’s country
